“Nice hotel and convenient location”

“The rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine. The sheets were dirty. The bath had black and pink mold on the walls, tub, and shower curtain. The property was falling apart and needed maintenance. The pool was falling apart with chunks of concrete scattered throughout the bottom. It also smelled of fish. The staff was hard to track down. The breakfast was stale and cold. We ended up leaving after only 3 nights of our week stay. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.”

“Our room smelled so bad of mildew/mold and we were offered a fan but never received one. The stocking of shampoo and conditioner was not attended to-I am not sure when our room was prepared but several things were missing. We spent two nights and our towels were replaced but beds weren’t made and again nothing replaced in the showers that was out. Staff was pleasant and we understand it’s not their fault. “There were not enough pillows and the blankets were scratchy and thin Breakfast was a poor affair. Coffee was cold and ran out quickly”

“No housekeeping, no help from staff”

“The most positive thoughts was how clean room was . The front desk lady seemed great on phone with questions before check in but seemed kind of irritated after check in. And the gentleman working got upset and was storming around pissed off cause I reported light by bed wasn't working . He tried to explain that's why extra lamp was in there but I have a hearing deficit and didn't understand him . So he stormed off slamming doors and then stormed out of building. And no cable tv,breakfast I new...

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.”

“Motel was quiet & the beds were comfortable. My daughters loved the hot tub. Breakfast was hot & had plenty of variety to choose from. The room did have some issues that needed addressed. One of the electrical outlets didn't work & sparked if you tried to use it. Also, the tub looked like it had some black mold because the faucet was leaking possibly behind the wall and not just into the tub. Overall, our stay was great in our suite.”

“We checked in at 630pm and are rooms were not ready had to wait 1/2 hour asked the situation got a answer I dont know. When we got to our rooms they were clean beds were comfortable. Happy about that what happened with check in must have been a fluke because I have never had this issue at any Hampton Inn locations.”

“The staff was amazing, but the room itself was very lacking. The room we originally got put in still had someone staying there, we opened the door and were greeted with a very unpleasant smell, as well as someone’s belongings. Thankfully for us, and that other person we did not see each other. So the gentleman tried to upgrade us, by giving us a room with a bigger bed, but the upgrade we got was really not what I’d call an upgrade.
